Note:
- No changes to exsited generated docs as in `settings.md` and
`functions.md`.
Improvement:
- readability in Scala code for doc auto-generation
- reline on markdown linting from `flexmark`, and reducing un-meaningful
blank lines or alignment
- declaration over operation by replacing repeated usages of `newOutput`
itself by elegantly wrapped `.line`,`.lines`and etc.
- less fragile and more handy for chaing in single line, as now using auto
magrin stripping in `.line()` method
- doc regeneration and validation speed performance (approximately 20% in
local testing)
- reusable extracted `licence.md` and auto-generation hints
- elegant way to read and adding file content
