@davidyuan1223 Actually, I faced the same derby issue when working on https://github.com/apache/kyuubi/pull/7064, it also requires that Spark Hive Session catalog and Iceberg Catalog use the same HMS backend, I think either using a MySQL container or an HMS container is fine. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
