### Code of Conduct - [x] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) ### Search before asking - [x] I have searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/kyuubi/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Describe the feature Add a **Batch** page under *Management* in the Web UI, backed by the existing `/api/v1/batches` APIs: - list / filter / paginate batches, with full per-batch details; - open a running batch's Spark UI (direct, or via the engine-UI proxy when enabled); hidden once the batch is terminal; - view the batch log with live tail (follow + auto-scroll) and refresh; - cancel a non-terminal batch. ### Motivation Brings batches to parity with the Session/Operation/Engine/Server pages — today they're only visible via raw REST calls. ### Describe the solution Frontend-only in `kyuubi-server/web-ui`: new `views/management/batch` page + route + nav entry, a shared `engine-ui` helper (also used by the Engine page) that builds direct or `/engine-ui/...` proxied URLs from `/webui/config`, log tailing by absolute offset, plus unit tests.
