### Code of Conduct - [x] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) ### Search before asking - [x] I have searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/kyuubi/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Describe the bug kyuubi-spark-authz fails during plugin initialization on Spark 4: ``` java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/collections/CollectionUtils at org.apache.ranger.authorization.hadoop.config.RangerPluginConfig.setSuperUsersGroups(RangerPluginConfig.java:239) at org.apache.ranger.plugin.service.RangerBasePlugin.setSuperUsersAndGroups(RangerBasePlugin.java:263) at org.apache.ranger.plugin.service.RangerBasePlugin.<init>(RangerBasePlugin.java:112) at org.apache.kyuubi.plugin.spark.authz.ranger.SparkRangerAdminPlugin$.<init>(SparkRangerAdminPlugin.scala:30) at org.apache.kyuubi.plugin.spark.authz.ranger.RangerSparkExtension.<init>(RangerSparkExtension.scala:44) ``` #### root cause Ranger agents-common (RangerPluginConfig, etc.) uses org.apache.commons.collections.CollectionUtils (commons-collections 3.x), but ranger-plugins-common does not declare that dependency. It used to arrive transitively via hadoop-common. In Kyuubi AuthZ: hadoop-common is excluded from ranger-plugins-common commons-collections is marked as provided (expects the Spark/Hadoop classpath to supply it) kyuubi-spark-authz-shaded does not include/shade commons-collections On Spark 3 this worked because Spark shipped commons-collections-3.2.2. On Spark 4 the classpath only has commons-collections4, and Hadoop 3.4.2+ removed commons-collections 3 (HADOOP-15760).
