Added relocation in the latest commit. Verified on the built jar:
* commons-collections classes relocated to
org/apache/kyuubi/shade/org/apache/commons/collections/
* Ranger's bytecode references are rewritten by shade to the relocated FQCN
consistently
* Verified locally on Spark 4.1: Ranger plugin initializes and authorization
works as expected.
