    CLOUDSTACK: option to start VM in a STOPPED state

    extra option on create_node so a vm can be created in a STOPPED state, by 
default Cloudstack starts VM's after creation.
    Plus tests.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/boul/libcloud cs-create-stopped-vm

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
