Description:
When trying to authenticate to the joyent API using a sub account of a master
account on joyent, you will be met with:
libcloud.common.types.InvalidCredsError: u'InvalidCredentials: User
MASTER/developer does not exist'
The module works fine with master username and password, but not with
sub-accounts.
