We need to do a little cleanup in the CloudStack driver.
Specifically we need to create a security group class and a security group rule
class.
Refactoring the list/create/delete sg methods and the authorize/revoke ingress
rules methods.
In the authorize method we need to make sure we support the
'usersecuritygrouplist' argument to pass a list of account to sg mapping. This
is needed to support rules that use another sg as source, instead of passing a
cidr.
I need help with this, as I don't have time to do it myself.
