Summary: Openstack Node driver does not return all relevant fields

These relevant fields from the Rackspace cloud are not returned by the Node
objects in the Openstack 1.1 libcloud compute driver:
OS-EXT-STS:task_state
OS-EXT-STS:vm_state
OS-EXT-STS:power_state
progress
user_id
accessIPv6
I propose they should be returned in the 'extra' section for that driver. I'll
be submitting a Pull Request to address this later today.
