L. Schaub updated LIBCLOUD-743:
-------------------------------
    Description:
I created a patch for the vCloud driver which does the following:
- Extend the method create_node to allow to insert VMs into a vApp if this vApp
already exist via a new parameter ex_add_if_exist.
- Add the method ex_save_image which will save an existing vApp into a new
vAppTemplate.

Are you interested by this patch ?
If yes, I will check that it comply with the libcloud coding conventions and
add any missing tests.
