I observe this with version 0.20.1.
When running the tests without lxml being installed the import of lxml is just
silently ignored. When testing with lxml installed, some of the tests fail for
python 2.7 and quite a large no. of tests fail for python 3.5.
However, lxml is not specified as test dependency.
