Fix delete and create record
- delete_record, won't work if _others_records are present, now delete it
but leave _others_records
- create_record wont' work if a record with the same id already exists
- fix ex_delete_all_records
test performed on aws

ex. you can add "name.example.com A 127.0.0.1" even if exists
"name.example.com A 127.0.0.2"
