The cloudstack driver got rudimentary support for POST requests in b23d908.
While cloudstack treats GET and POST for a given command mostly the same, POST
avoids parameters like userdata or sshkeys from breaking the request line limit.
But it's still hard to use because cloudstack's authentication requires a
signature across all supplied parameters and currently it's only calculated for
the GET parameters. Additionally tomcat will only interpret parameters from the
body if they are urlencoded and the content-type is set accordingly.
