[LIBCLOUD-839] IAM temporary credentials token support for ElasticLBDriver
## Connect to AWS ELB using IAM role temporary credentials
### Description
Current implementation of ElasticLBDriver driver doesn't support token
parameter which is required for authentication using IAM temporary credentials.
