## adapted methods to PowerDNS 4.0.1 REST API

Changed create_record, update_record, to_records, _to_record to reflect
changes in REST API specifications
### Status
- done, ready for review

Tested vs latest PDNS version 4.0.1 on a ubuntu server 16.10. It was
installed from ubuntu repository
