## add a few missing functions and fix state
### Description
- Add support for private ip on create node.
- Correctly set state as Stopped (linode is not TERMINATED when status code
2)
- Add missing function ex_rename_node
- Add missing function ex_resize_node
- Add missing functions ex_start_node/ex_stop/node
### Status
