I'm working on implementing this -

As far as I'm concerned, it is fully functional (at least for my use-case -
allowing me to use Tencent COS as a storage backend for a Django app via
django-storages libcloud backend), with some tests missing.
Before completing the tests and opening a pull request, I'd appreciate feedback
& guidance on whether I'm on the right track, or way off. Thanks :-)
