This pull request adds new driver for MinIO Object storage (https://min.io/). MinIO exposes S3 compatible API so this drivers utilizes base s3 storage implementation. I haven't done extensive end to end testing of the driver, but I tested basic operations and they seem to be working fine. NOTE: This PR is based on top of #1527.
