from what I can see apache libcloud returns ubuntu 2004 in the image lists,
but they’re all deprecated, and the deprecated images reference a ‘replacement’
reference to `{'state': 'DEPRECATED', 'replacement':
'https://www.googleapis.com/compute/v1/projects/ubuntu-os-cloud/global/images/ubuntu-2004-focal-v20210413'}`
which is NOT in the returned list. I’m starting to suspect Google is the
problem …
