I will put this in a new module called {{log4j-jdbc-dbcp2}}. I anticipate we
will have {{log4j-jdbc}} and {{log4j-jpa}} modules split off at some point.
I am using {{log4j-jdbc-dbcp2}} because this is for Apache Commons DBCP 2,
which is in a different Java package from DBCP 1.
