[LOG4J2-2219] Configuration builder classes should look for
"onMismatch", not "onMisMatch". Related to [LOG4J2-2202]. Also refactor
to use an abstract filter builder. Refactor to centralize the definition
of "onMatch" and "onMismatch" Strings.
