We have an update on the CI scripts. The builds now pass without timing out
after 4 hours. The tests are still not run against the netstandard-1.3 target.
I've pinged the nunit discussion mailing list for more information, providing
links to diagnostical test logs. Interestingly the tests appear to be
discovered but the test run itself does not mention them and gets aborted with
an empty message as cause. Because the build works, I've pushed the changes to
the develop branch. This allows pull requests to benefit from the improved CI
scripts.
