Hi Dominik, I mean a Jira component. Each issue can be associated with any
number of components. This one is associated with "core" so I thought it was
not appropriate if it is an extension. But as you say, it would live in the
core repository so it's probably alright. Can you point me to an ICLA? Have you
some other formal requirements for pull requests? I have forked the repository
here: [https://gitlab.com/BrightOpen/log4net-layout-json] and I can add the
extension there, would you agree? I'm not sure how to handle the pull request
later, but in the very least, I can always send a patch.
