Yes, I see that
[http://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/appenders.html#SyslogAppender] has
a sample with TLSSyslog. I don't know why as that doesn't exist. The example
should just reference the normal Syslog appender configured with SSL as shown
in the example.
