I miss the {{createOnDemand}} attribute that is present for the
{{FileAppender}}.
I have various file appenders for production use configured and then define via
{{AppenderRef}}s which should be used.
For {{File}} it is handy that the file is only created if the appender is
actually logged to if {{createOnDemand}} is set to {{true}}.
But I miss the same setting for the {{RollingRandomAccessFileAppender}}.
