should use {{computeIfAbsent}} instead of {{putIfAbsent}}.
When DNS is disabled on certain systems, NetUtils.getLocalHostname() will block
and prevent LoggerContext from initializing correctly. When hostName is
configured, NetUtils.getLocalHostname() should not be evaluated.
