* Summary *
Adds the `log4net-source-{version}.zip` source archive to build artifacts.
This (should) mean that anyone who has set up AppVeyer for their account should
have built binaries, nuget package and source tarball on any push, where
artifacts will only be made once all binaries are built and all tests pass.
