That message is telling you that you can’t run the yourkit application on that
machine without the appropriate JVM. But you can still add the agent to your
app and profile it remotely running yourkit on a different machine. If you are
getting that on your laptop you can should be able to add the required JVM and
use that when running yourkit. I have many versions of the JDK installed on
mine.
