Thank you for details.
I would like to create folder for every hour and place the log file inside it.
Please find 'Folder_Structure.png' for details. This hourly folder is failing
to create.
I am configuring Log4cxx through code as explained in issue.
I will try creating new log file for every hour instead of folder.
