[~rmiddleton] Sebb is most likely not interested in helping out. He is most
likely asking about this in his capacity in working with the infra team. He has
a habit of validating that projects adhere to ASF policies. He has pinged me a
few times when I have messed up something on a release.
[~sebb] The PMC has discussed the status of Log4PHP a few times in the past.
Each time those who have committed to the project have resisted the idea of
making it dormant. There was one person who showed some interest in getting the
project moving last year but then she disappeared. It is probably time to have
the discussion again. It is interesting that when we did that with Log4NET we
immediately had folks step up and start working on it again.
