I first noticed this issue while attempting to run a build on Java 15. I'm
working on finding the appropriate tests to disable on specific Java ranges,
but this may also require some documentation updates to note the version range.
Any reliance on a ScriptEngine being installed should also be updated to allow
for no engines and to fail appropriately.
