Fix For: 0.11.0
Cannot use the standard log4j conversion patterns for colors. It would be very
useful to highlight log entries for errors and warnings especially.
An example of something that doesn't work:
{{log4j.appender.STDOUT.layout.ConversionPattern=%highlight\{%d %-5p [%t]
(%F:%L) - %m%n}{FATAL=red, ERROR=red, WARN=yellow bold, INFO=black, DEBUG=green
bold, TRACE=blue}}}
