grep-ing through the source code for jdk-11.0.1 we get
`src/java.naming/com/sun/jndi/ldap/VersionHelper.java:

and

src/jdk.naming.rmi/com/sun/jndi/rmi/registry/RegistryContext.java:
"com.sun.jndi.rmi.object.trustURLCodebase", "false");

So I'm guessing jdk-11.0.1 and later set these properties to false by
default.
