The page https://logging.apache.org/log4j/log4j-2.12.3/download.html contains
links apparently for the prior version 2.3. However the underlying URLs are
actually for 2.3.1.
Also there are no md5 hashes for this release (nor should there be). The link
text and underlying URL must be changed to sha256 or sha512.
