No, nothing changed in 4.22.
The 1.2 bridge bundle is already build as fragment, and is properly attaching
to it's _host_ bundle, "core".
The only thing missing, is to allow the fragment to extend the API (resp.
Exported-Packages) via adding the Manifest header "Eclipse-ExtensibleAPI: true"
to "core" bundle.
