I've fixed the other fragment host values in other modules in the release-2.x
branch as well. For 2.x, this seems to be the best we can do; in 3.x, we can
migrate to using the ServiceLoader pattern where we have some OSGi-specific
config available in our SLF4J 1.8.x bridge (and other modules, but that one
came to mind first).
