Description:
I reported this to the *General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT),* a
subsidiary of *General Dynamics* and *Apex Systems,* a subsidiary of
\{*}ASGN,{*}while I was the lead engineer for the U.S. EPA. General Dynamics
destroyed evidence and retaliated against me for whistleblowing it.
I whistleblew this as follows:
I discovered serious security vulnerabilities/issues with the General Dynamics
security that anyone from the Internet with also Google access could shut down
the EPA systems in 3 to 10 seconds. It could come from Russia, Middle East,
anywhere the threat to National Security and it’s as simple as 1-2-3.
I then whistleblew this to the EPA OIG in RTP, NC under Special Investigator
Jerry Polk. He concealed this from President Trump as did other folks at the
EPA OIG in RTP, NC. The EPA is not a fault, but the EPA OIG.
I filed a federal false claims act against General Dynamics and Apex Systems in
June 2021. See

The EPA OIG knew of this on May 31, 2018,
The FBI knew of this on May 31, 2018.
The DOJ then played hush in Southern District of California under US Attorney
Mr. Purcell's watch in October 20 2021.
The U.S. Attorney General was made aware of this as well by October 29 2021.
The United States under Mr. Purcell, US Attorney, and Michael Navratil, EPA
OIG, knew of this in August/September 2021 to present day.
OSHA Special Investigator William Peterson, RTP, NC knew of this in November
2018 to present day.
General Dynamics, Apex Systems, and the United States government (US Attorney
General) is responsible for damages to the world. Apex Systems' General Counsel
Vanu Sharma concealed this too as did GDIT's General Counsel Mary Kim. The
retaliators which concealed this directly are:
Edward Campbell of RTP, NC
Alison Page, RTP, NC (GDIT)
Dominique Reed, Apex Systems (GDIT).
The ones who could have prevented it:
Paula Childers, RTP, NC (GDIT)
LeAnn Spradling, RTP, NC (GDIT)
Dan Ferko, RTP, NC (GDIT)
