Log4j Kotlin API uses {{com.nhaarman.mockitokotlin2:mockito-kotlin:2.0.0}} for
tests, but that has been incorporated into the official Mockito project as
[org.mockito.kotlin:mockito-kotlin|https://github.com/mockito/mockito-kotlin].
The old module is no longer being maintained.
