Note that the OSSF scorecard mentions using their code of conduct. We must
follow the [ASF's Code of
Conduct|https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct.html] although it
isn't clear if their mention of the code of conduct is strictly for that
project or for the scorecard.
