We can sometimes leave around 0-byte files if the rollover fails to work
correctly. Need to determine what conditions this happens under and to delete
files when this happens.
This should be as simple as creating some kind of FileDeleter class that will
automatically delete a file as part of its destruction, but if everything goes
fine we don't delete it.
