Log4j2 Core has *no* {{tests}} artifact any more (published or unpublished): we
moved all the tests to a new
[{{log4j-core-test}}|https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.apache.logging.log4j/log4j-core-test/2.20.0]
artifact. It contains the part of our test harness that we might be willing to
publicly maintain.
This has been discussed in [this
thread|https://lists.apache.org/thread/mfc5llrbtzb94pmyw401jlf3kn6llp9r] of the
mailing list, but does not appear in the release notes.
