Wouldn't it be better to
1. `ReadOnlyStringMapUtil` *internal* class such that
* It contains a static `equals(ReadOnlyStringMap,ReadOnlyStringMap)`
method
* It contains a `hashCode(ReadOnlyStringMap)` method
2. Use `ReadOnlyStringMapUtil` to implement `equals` and `hashCode` in *all*
`ReadOnlyStringMap` implementations
