@jvz, thanks so much for helping with #3055. 💯 #3053 already delivered the addition of `reachability-metadata.json` to all modules in `2.x`, and #3055 created to port this work to `main`. This new ticket (i.e., #3875) suggests introducing an enhancement to `main` to _"help with"_ #3055. If my understanding is correct so far, 1. Can we port #3053 to `main` without this enhancement? 2. If yes, wouldn't it be preferable to use the same mechanism employed in `2.x` also in `main` to ease future (backward and forward) porting needs? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
