`WireMock` `3.x` upgrades the underlying server to `Jetty 11` (moving from `javax.servlet` to `jakarta.servlet`) and officially drops support for `Java 8`. Because the `2.x` branch maintains `Java 8` compatibility, this adds an ignore rule to `dependabot.yml` to prevent it from bumping `WireMock` to `3.x` and breaking the build. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
