Newtmgr and newt repos use different versions for packages in vendors. For
example, newtmgr uses a later version of github.com/spf13/cobra. It prints out
the -h flag as a local flag when printing the help for a subcommand. So the
command help for newtmgr and newtmgr commands look different.
Should use the same package versions for vendoring the two repos.
Should looking into glide for vendoring tool.
