Right now the documentation of Mynewt starts with a fairly in-depth overview of
the Newt tool and its directory structure.
I think the overview of Mynewt should include an overview of all the major
components and feature sets, before diving in-depth into just the package
management and build areas.
The newt tool is also a significant enough, and decoupled component that it
probably deserves its own in-depth documentation. I suggest we break it out of
the Mynewt documentation, and have it linked to from Mynewt.
