It seems like many people are having trouble remembering that an "egg" is a
"package", a "clutch" is a "package-list" and a "nest" is a "repository."
I suggest we make the following changes:
- Rename egg.yml to newt-pkg.yml
- Replace "newt egg" with "newt pkg"
- Replace "newt clutch" with "newt pkg-list"
- Replace "newt nest" with "newt repo"
- Add individual functions to manage "modules", "projects" and "bsp"''s built
on top of the package functions. Add specific helpers for each of these.
