While writing the OS documentation I noticed a few minor things with os_task.h.
1) The padding for struct os_task_info is slightly off and the structure can be
made slightly smaller by making the flags 8 bits.
2) We no longer use OS_TASK_NAME_SIZE.
For #1, all we need to do is mke t_flags in struct os_task 8 bits. We can then
remove the padding from os_task_info.
