        arch=cortex_m0
        bsp=hw/bsp/arduino_zero
        compiler=arm-none-eabi-m0
        compiler_def=debug
        name=target_test_hcsr04
        vers=0.0.1

consider this above.  when I run 

Pauls-MacBook-Pro-2:larva paulfdietrich$ newt target build target_test_hcsr04
Successfully run!

but nothing was compiled or build
 Obviously I am missing a project, but that didn't seem to matter to new tool
