When the Bluetooth stack is operating in controller only mode on the NRF
chipsets, it may be useful for the host processor to use the extra I/O
available on the NRF chipset to control board level items.
There should be a set of vendor/Mynewt specific HCI commands to allow the host
processor to change the state of the various GPIO on the Mynewt controller.
